Be Kind To Your Mind: Mental Health Forum, Saturday, May 15 @ 12 noon

is for ALL of US!

WHY?  Because our mental health is in crisis and “There is really no health without mental health!” - Shari Celestine.

  • Erasing the stigmas associated with mental health

  • The rise in youth suicide

  • Managing the stress of COVID

  • Optimizing our own psychological fortitude, and

  • Equipping ourselves with the requisite tools to be mentally well.
